Full-Time Contract (4 Months) with potential to go Permanent About the Opportunity Remedy Staffing is seeking a motivated and energetic Field Recruiter to join our Tyler team on a 4-month contract assignment. This role offers the opportunity to make an immediate impact by helping connect qualified candidates with rewarding career opportunities. While initially structured as a contract position, there is potential for conversion to a permanent role based on business needs and individual performance. What You'll Do As a Field Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates into a variety of positions while supporting high-volume staffing goals. Key Responsibilities Develop creative recruiting strategies to attract top talent through: Community outreach Local schools, colleges, and trade/vocational programs Job boards Social media platforms Networking events Create and manage compelling job postings to attract active and passive candidates. Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidate qualifications. Match qualified candidates with available client opportunities. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of talent for current and future openings. Maintain accurate candidate records and activity within the ATS. Re-engage existing candidates to support staffing needs and improve fill rates. Participate in daily staffing and whiteboard meetings to review hiring priorities. Utilize labor market knowledge and client requirements to effectively fill positions. Guide candidates through the hiring process from application through placement. Complete onboarding activities, including: Drug screens I-9 verification Background checks Ensure recruiting activities remain compliant with company policies and employment regulations. Preferred Experience High School Diploma or GED required. Minimum of 6 months of recruiting, staffing, customer service, sales, or related experience preferred. Experience working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment is highly desired. Skills & Competencies Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proven ability to multitask and manage competing priorities. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Customer-focused mindset with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally. Adaptability and willingness to embrace change.
