  • Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm (onsite initially M/W/F, transitioning to T/W/TH after ramp-up; remote on other days)

  • Due to an increase in volume in Talent Acquisition Operations, a leading organization is seeking an experienced Recruiter to support operations.
  • About the Role
  • As a Recruiter, you will support a designated team/function (or other areas as assigned) in attracting and developing a strong, qualified talent pool. Your expertise will ensure continuity in hiring for both current and upcoming needs, while engaging with stakeholders at all levels and maintaining rigorous standards for recruitment.
  • Responsibilities
  • + Actively recruit for open and forecasted roles, focusing on assigned functions or teams.

+ Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines, pre-screen candidates, and partner with hiring managers and HR partners.

+ Manage open job requisitions, updating and tracking progress in SmartRecruiters ATS.

+ Achieve recruiting metrics, reporting accomplishments, and providing market insights and analytics to business leaders.

+ Prepare and review offer packages, providing market research for equity and competitiveness.

+ Ensure compliance with state/federal employment laws and company policies.

+ Foster strong business relationships with hiring managers and team leadership.

  • 1. Excellent communication skills with all stakeholders. 2. Highly organized; thrives in a fast-paced environment. 3. Proactive in sourcing, identifying, and managing talent pools aligned to business needs. 4. Able to project strong business presence and instill client confidence. 5. Demonstrated full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • Qualifications
  • + •Bachelor's degree required.
  • + •5+ years of recruitment experience•in a fast-paced, competitive environment required; 5+ years preferred.

+ Strong business acumen and ability to deliver results.

+ Direct experience with proactive recruiting and sourcing; full-cycle recruitment.

+ Prior recruitment experience within healthcare and/or pharmaceutical industry strongly preferred.

+ Experience with

  • SmartRecruiters ATS
  • (or similar) highly preferred.
