Summary/Objective:
The Staffing Specialist will be responsible for hiring and recruiting personnel to meet client needs, providing excellent customer service, and offering staffing solutions that satisfy client requirements. Day-to-day tasks include interviewing candidates, maintaining relationships with clients, managing staffing schedules, and ensuring the high quality of our staffing services.

Candidates must have reliable transportation, as travel frequency may vary based on client needs.
Required Experience:
Experience in Hiring, Staffing Services, and Recruiting Strong Customer Service skills Proficiency in Sales and relationship-building Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in the staffing industry is a plus Bilingual Spanish/English strongly preferred
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Completes onboarding employment processes, audits all documents needed to complete the associate's personnel file, and ensures a smooth transition from onboarding to employment. Properly stores personnel file records and ensures the safety and confidentiality of relevant documents. Receives job orders from clients and evaluates job functions needed to ensure appropriate staff placement. Builds relationships with clients and ensure prompt personal service to meet their staffing needs. Serves as an on-site HR representative as needed or assigned by the supervisor. Utilizes bilingual skills (English/Spanish), when applicable, to communicate effectively with a diverse applicant and client base. • Other Duties as
