• Leading talent acquisition programs that expand non-university sources of skilled talent for DoW industrial activities
• Developing and managing workforce pipelines connecting department hiring needs with trade schools, career and technical education programs, apprenticeship programs, vocational institutions, and other skilled-trades training providers
• Assessing current and future workforce requirements across industrial occupations, translating mission needs into targeted recruitment strategies, qualification profiles, and talent development approaches A successful candidate would possess these skills:
