Monday - Friday 8am-5pm with some evenings and weekends as needed. Job Description Assists the human resources team at the communities and the support office in utilizing our applicant tracking system and other programs and social media in maximizing qualifies applicant flow to the organization.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICATION AND LICENSURE REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of six (6) months' recruiting experience required. Must possess a personal cell phone utilizing an Apple product. Must be able to read, write and communicate using the English language. Job Duties (Essential) Executes the day-to-day operation of the applicant tracking system. Ensure that open positions from the ATS flow correctly from the ATS to job boards and to the community's and Pinnacle Living's web pages. Works to ensure that the organization's job ads are posted to various job boards, so that these positions are displayed high in the boards que. Works with the HR teams and hiring managers at each community to provide qualified applicants for the community hiring teams to interview and select. Data mines applicants for identified critical open positions utilizing Indeed contracted systems and KeldairHR records. Updates and maintains the job request sheet and archives all emails relating to job posting or un-posting requests. May train community hiring managers in the operation of the applicant tracking system (ATS). Visits assigned communities as directed. Attend required trainings, in services and conferences. Performs other duties as assigned Qualifications Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Must possess a general knowledge of computer functions and Microsoft networks. Must acquire a thorough knowledge of and remain current with the applications installed by Pinnacle Living, including any enhancements made thereto. Either be familiar or become familiar within 90 days with the functions of departments of Continuing Care Retirement Communities Must possess considerable initiative and demonstrate mature judgment in planning and performance of daily functions. Must demonstrate effective professional interpersonal skills in dealing with team members and applicants SUPERVISION and Decision Making
EXERCISED
Work is mostly performed under supervision where standard procedures are established. Decision making is based on their expertise within their field and standard Pinnacle Living operating policies and procedures. Independent decisions are made within established Pinnacle Living policies and procedures. Prioritizes and executes tasks as assigned, accurately and efficiently. Problem solving using their subject matter knowledge and the support of their department director, department team members and outside vendors and consultants
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORKING CONDITIONS
Typically, Monday thru Friday 8:30am to 5:00 pm; however, working a flexible schedule that may include some evenings, weekends, holidays, and during inclement weather is required. Work is of a sedentary nature requiring long periods of sitting at a computer screen, communicating on the phone and typing on a keyboard. Must be able to attend recruitment and training functions at the communities and at offsite locations. Must posses a valid Virginia driver's license and meet Pinnacle Livings Risk Management Policies for the operation of a motor vehicle on company business. Office and health services environment. Exposure to the sights, sounds and smells of a typical heath care environment including interaction with people coping with dementia.
