Overview:
Adecco Staffing is seeking a highlyanized and proactive Campus Recruiting Coordinator to support our Talent Acquisition team during the peak recruiting season. This seasonal, full-time role (May-November) is ideal for someone who excels at coordination,munication, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the campus recruiting calendar, ensuring accurate scheduling and execution of all events Coordinate registration and participation in campus events and career fairs via Handshake Maintain and update job postings in Lever to ensure accuracy and candidate appeal Prescreen resumes to identify qualified student candidates Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process Coordinate interviews, manage schedules, and gather interviewer feedback Communicate effectively with candidates to ensure engagement and a positive experience Process candidate travel expense reimbursements in a timely manner Partner closely with the HR Manager to ensure smooth execution of recruiting activities
Basic Qualifications:
1+ year of experience in campus recruiting coordination or sourcing Experience using Lever (ATS) Familiarity with Handshake or similar campus recruiting platforms Strong attention to detail andanizational skills Excellent written and verbalmunication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in full-cycle campus recruiting coordination Advanced experience using Lever Why Join Adecco Staffing? Pay Details:
