We're Hiring - Junior IT Recruiter | Roanoke, VA HyperGen, Inc. is looking for a Junior IT Recruiter to join our team in Roanoke! We're looking for someone with previous IT/technical recruiting experience who enjoys finding great candidates, building relationships and matching people with the right opportunities. This person will work closely with our Business Services team and help recruit IT professionals for consulting and staff augmentation opportunities with clients across the country. What we're looking for: Previous IT/technical recruiting experience Experience sourcing and screening technical candidates Familiarity with common IT roles and terminology Experience using LinkedIn, job boards and candidate databases Strong communication and organizational skills Someone who is dependable, personable and comfortable managing multiple searches Local to the Roanoke Valley or within reasonable commuting distance Experience recruiting Oracle, PeopleSoft, ERP, developers, DBAs, business analysts, cloud/infrastructure professionals, project managers or other IT consultants is a plus.
