Job Description
What You'll Do As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll own the full recruitment process from intake to hire, helping the business attract and secure top talent across multiple locations and departments. You'll serve as a trusted partner to hiring managers, creating a positive experience for candidates while driving quality hiring outcomes. Lead full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles across multiple business functions and locations, managing requisitions from kickoff through offer acceptance. Partner closely with hiring managers and HR teams to understand workforce needs, develop recruiting strategies, and provide guidance throughout the hiring process. Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through proactive communication, timely follow-up, and a professional, engaging interview process. Source, identify, and attract qualified talent using a combination of job boards, networking, referrals, database searches, and other recruiting channels. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to support both immediate hiring needs and future workforce planning. Analyze labor market trends, talent availability, and competitive hiring conditions to continuously refine sourcing and recruiting strategies. Develop a strong understanding of operational and manufacturing roles through on-site engagement and job shadowing to improve candidate quality, hiring accuracy, and retention. Maintain recruiting metrics, track hiring activity, and provide updates and recommendations to stakeholders throughout the recruitment process. Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the organization's culture, values, and career opportunities to prospective candidates. Additional duties may be assigned as business needs require.
