Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Contract Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. This role is essential in sourcing, engaging, and securing top-tier candidates across various functions and levels within the organization. As a Contract Recruiter, you will drive the full-cycle recruitment process, leveraging your expertise in talent management, candidate sourcing, and relationship management to meet the company's staffing needs efficiently and effectively. Your energetic approach and strong communication skills will help foster a positive candidate experience while ensuring compliance with employment laws and HR policies. Responsibilities Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for multiple roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers. Utilize talent management software and applicant tracking systems (ATS) to track candidate progress and maintain organized records. Develop innovative sourcing strategies through social media marketing (recruitment), cold calling, and research. Conduct high-volume recruitment campaigns for hourly production roles. Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide consultative support on talent acquisition strategies. Ensure compliance with employment & labor law, HR legal requirements, and internal HR policies throughout the recruitment process. Support HR legal compliance and employee relations by adhering to employment law in all recruitment activities and maintaining accurate documentation. Experience Proven experience in full cycle recruiting, including high-volume and technical recruiting, preferably within a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated ability in candidate sourcing, talent management, and relationship management across diverse roles and levels. Knowledge of employment law, HR legal compliance, and best practices in external and internal recruiting. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) Ability to thrive in a high-volume recruitment setting while maintaining attention to detail and delivering a positive candidate experience.
