Recruiter:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across diverse role types Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills with ability to manage multiple priorities Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or similar platforms This Recruiter role requires someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and energized by building relationships.
