Recruiter Do you love the hunt? Can you find the right candidate, make the call, and keep a pipeline full week after week? If so, we want to talk to you. Accra-Fab specializes in high-quality precision metal fabrication, machining, finishing, and assembly. We are growing and adding people across every department, and we are looking for a Recruiter to own that growth from first contact through accepted offer. This is a permanent, full-time role for someone who thrives on volume without sacrificing quality — we are not filling seats, we are finding the right people for the right departments and for our culture.

What You'll Be Doing Sourcing:

Own the recruiting pipeline for permanent, full-time hiring across production and support departments Review and respond to candidates from every channel — Indeed, referrals, our website, email, and walk-ins Source passively through LinkedIn, resume databases, and trade schools Represent Accra-Fab at job fairs, hiring and community events, and school partnerships

Screening & Placement:

Conduct pre-screens and initial interviews to assess experience, availability, and culture fit Determine the department each candidate fits best, then schedule their onsite interview with the hiring manager Gather manager feedback after interviews and reach hiring decisions together Disposition every candidate, extend verbal offers by phone, and hand off to HR for onboarding

Tracking & Reporting:

Maintain all recruiting records — candidate activity, interview stages, disposition codes, feedback, and outcomes Keep documentation organized, accurate, and audit-ready Report on pipeline health and hiring results to HR and leadership

What We're Looking For:

Previous recruiting experience — agency, corporate, staffing, or high-volume hourly Strong interviewing skills and the judgment to match a candidate to the right department A self-starter who works with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment Highly organized — maintain quality records and keep meticulous notes to track all applicants A confident communicator, comfortable on the phone, in a room, and with managers Willing to work occasional evenings or weekends for hiring events Manufacturing, fabrication, or skilled trades recruiting experience is a plus Why Join Us?
