Candidate Profile:
Someone with strong community outreach + recruiting/sourcing + relationship-building experience who is comfortable working onsite in the Redmond/Seattle area and recruiting participants for AI research projects.
Primary Skills :
AI, Data Collection, Community Recruitment, Community Outreach, Participant Recruitment, Recruitment Key Responsibilities Develop recruitment strategies through: Social media and online communities Referrals and networking Local events and community organizations Schools, businesses, cultural groups, and community networks Platforms such as Indeed, Craigslist, LinkedIn, and Facebook groups Engage candidates both online and in person and guide them through registration. Build relationships with local communities and represent OneForma professionally. Identify creative sourcing channels for specialized or hard-to-find participant groups. Track outreach activity, participant pipelines, and recruitment results. Collaborate with recruiting, scheduling, and project teams to meet recruitment and study completion goals. Required Qualifications Must be based in Seattle/Redmond, WA . Fluent English with strong verbal and written communication. Comfortable engaging people from diverse backgrounds. Experience in participant recruitment, community outreach, canvassing, events, sales, marketing, membership growth, brand ambassador work, or similar relationship-focused roles . Proficient with Microsoft 365, especially Outlook and Excel . Comfortable using social media, messaging apps, and digital outreach tools. Creative, proactive, resourceful, independent, and results-oriented. Able to travel within the assigned market and occasionally to other markets. Preferred Participant recruitment, community outreach, or AI data-collection experience. Experience creating outreach campaigns from scratch. Experience recruiting through online, social, and community channels. Experience engaging multicultural communities. Multilingual candidates are a plus.
Pay:
Up to $18.00 per hour
