Monday-Friday, 7:45 AM to 5:00 PM About the Role Atlas Staffing is looking for a Staffing Support Specialist who is passionate about the "service" in customer service. You are the face of our office and the primary advocate for our associates. While you will support the recruiting process, your main mission is to ensure every candidate and client receives world-class support. If you are a problem-solver who enjoys high-volume interaction, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to make a tangible difference in the Spokane community, we want to meet you!What You'll Do Candidate Support & Experience Welcoming Talent:
Act as the first point of contact for applicants, providing a helpful and professional experience from the moment they walk in or call.Onboarding Facilitation:
Guide candidates through the application, testing, and onboarding process, ensuring all digital paperwork is completed accurately.Associate Advocacy:
Serve as the primary contact for working associates regarding payroll questions, assignment updates, and general support.Recruiting:
Support the recruitment lifecycle by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining a steady flow of communication with active candidates.Client Service & Operations Order Fulfillment:
Assist in matching the right candidates to open job orders based on client-specific needs and culture.Service Coordination:
Maintain regular contact with clients to confirm associate arrivals, check on performance, and address immediate staffing gaps.Compliance Management:
Ensure all candidate documentation (I-9, E-Verify, background checks) is 100% compliant and filed correctly.System Integrity:
Keep our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) up-to-date with detailed notes and accurate data entry.Safety & Retention Safety Orientation:
Reinforce safety protocols and client-specific requirements with all associates before they head to a job site.Retention Support:
Conduct follow-up calls with associates to ensure job satisfaction and help reduce turnover through proactive engagement.What We're Looking For Service-First Mindset:
