Role & Responsibilities We are seeking a Contract Recruiter for a multi-site aerospace and defense manufacturing operation, which would be a great opportunity for someone with full-cycle recruiting experience looking to further their career in talent acquisition. Source and screen candidates for manufacturing, skilled trades, aerospace, and engineering roles across multiple production facilities using applicant tracking systems to build qualified talent pipelines. Coordinate full-cycle recruiting activities including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communication to meet plant-level hiring demands with speed and accuracy. Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, align on candidate profiles, and drive timely hiring decisions across all three facilities. Maintain accurate, compliant candidate records in the ATS and generate recruitment metrics to track pipeline health and time-to-fill progress. Essential Qualifications 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a proven track record filling manufacturing, aerospace, skilled trades, or engineering positions. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems; strong sourcing, communication, and hiring manager partnership skills in a fast-paced, multi-site environment. High School Diploma required; demonstrated ability to quickly learn new hiring processes and ATS platforms. Bonus Qualifications Familiarity with aerospace, defense, or
