Recruiter Assistant Key Responsibilities:

As a Recruiter Assistant, your responsibilities will include: Answering phones Managing candidate information (resumes, contact details, etc.) within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Conducting pre-employment screening, including reference checks and background verification. Working closely with recruiters to assist in placing employees with clients Ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding process for new hires.

What We're Looking For:

Proficient in Microsoft office Previous office experience preferred Excellent organizational skills to maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records. Outstanding communication skills and the ability to build relationships with candidates and clients. Ability to work independently while staying focused and results driven.
