- $35,000.00
- $140,000.
Position Overview:
The Recruiter will be responsible for recruiting for positions on behalf of our clients. The successful candidate will work with the sales team to determine the exact job requirements and execute proper sourcing strategies including proactive searches, utilizing job boards and utilizing referrals.Responsibilities:
Source, screen, qualify, interview and submit qualified candidates for skilled trades/engineer/office job openings Responsible for applicant testing, tracking, providing feedback, conducting reference checks Assist candidates with salary negotiations Identify, develop, post and maintain an active candidate pipeline/database through recruitment sources Manage and track applicants in applicant database Conduct new contract employee orientations including enrollments Work with sales team to determine the specifics of a requirement, candidates and the search processQualifications:
Bi-lingual ability is huge bonus. Previous recruiting, staffing experience or high volume hiring is ideal. High school diploma Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast paced environment Detail orientated #GRE Pay:
$35,000.00- $100,000.
