Agency Recruiter Financial Services (1099)
Job Description
We are seeking energetic, self-motivated individuals to help recruit, onboard, and build a team of licensed financial services professionals. In this role, you will focus on agency development, talent sourcing, and candidate management. You will introduce prospective agents to our living benefits, Indexed Universal Life (IUL), and Fixed Indexed Annuity (FIA) distribution platform—guiding candidates through pre-licensing, team integration, and production setup.
Note:
This is an independent contractor (1099) business development opportunity, not a salaried W-2 employment position. Compensation is 100% performance-based through direct production commissions and team production overrides.
Key Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and interview prospective financial professionals and insurance agents. Guide candidate pipeline through state licensing, onboarding, and contracting processes. Assist in organizing and hosting agency business presentations and career overviews. Partner with agency leadership to support and mentor new team members. Maintain strict compliance with state Department of Insurance guidelines and agency advertising standards.

Qualifications:
Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills. Experience in recruiting, staffing, sales development, or team building is a plus. Current State Life License (or willingness to complete pre-licensing during onboarding). Entrepreneurial mindset with self-driven discipline.

In compliance with insurance regulations and business opportunity standards, no compensation is paid solely for recruiting or referring individuals. All earnings are generated from the sale of life insurance and annuity products by licensed representatives. Unlicensed candidates must complete state licensing requirements to earn commissions.
