Shift :
1st Shift Job overview: Schneider is seeking a Corporate Recruiter in Green Bay to lead recruiting efforts for departments within the organization. The Corporate Recruiter will develop and implement all recruiting-related programs and strategies for the team(s) they support.
Responsibilities:
Handle all recruiting-related activities, including marketing, direct sourcing, resume reviewing, phone screening, interview scheduling, consensus facilitating and offer creating. Lead innovative and cost-effective recruiting plans, such as social media campaigns, job postings and campus recruiting. Understand market conditions and create effective recruiting and compensation approaches. Provide recruiting expertise for new business initiatives, new market assessments and demographic research. Build relationships with hiring managers and coach them on recruiting processes. Develop a talent pipeline, recruit effectively and represent Schneider as a brand ambassador.
Skills and qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or related field. Three plus years of recruiting or human resources experience. Experience using behavioral-based interviewing techniques. Strong communication skills. Able to take initiative and be a self-starter.
