This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiter who has previous staffing or recruiting experience and is ready to take ownership of candidate sourcing, relationship building, and the full recruitment process. The ideal candidate is confident working in a fast-paced environment, enjoys connecting with people, and understands how to identify the right candidates for our clients' hiring needs. Key Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening through placement and follow-up. Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, databases, and other recruiting channels. Conduct phone and in-person interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, availability, and overall fit. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings. Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process. Work closely with clients and internal teams to understand hiring needs and provide qualified candidates. Coordinate interviews, job offers, onboarding, and placement processes. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the company's applicant tracking/recruiting systems. Follow up with placed employees and clients to ensure successful placements and resolve issues when necessary. Meet or exceed recruiting, placement, and activity goals. Assist with developing new recruiting strategies and improving existing processes. Stay informed about local labor markets, recruiting trends, and competitive hiring practices. Represent the company professionally when communicating with candidates, clients, and community partners. Qualifications 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably within a staffing agency or high-volume recruiting environment. Proven ability to source, screen, interview, and place candidates. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Comfortable managing multiple open positions and priorities simultaneously. Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team environment. Strong computer skills and experience with applicant tracking systems, job boards, and recruiting platforms. Professional, energetic, and solutions-oriented approach. Ability to build trust and rapport quickly with candidates and clients. Bilingual skills are a plus, particularly Spanish, but not required.
