In this role, you will drive the full-cycle recruitment process, sourcing top-tier candidates across various disciplines and levels. Your energetic approach to relationship management, combined with your expertise in technical recruiting and HR sourcing, will ensure we attract and hire the best talent to meet our organizational goals. This position offers an exciting opportunity to impact our company's growth by building strong candidate pipelines and fostering positive candidate experiences through innovative sourcing strategies and effective communication. Duties Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates across multiple departments. Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies utilizing social media management, ATS (Applicant Tracking System) tools like Workday, iCIMS, or Taleo, and internal recruiting channels. Conduct thorough interviews, leveraging strong communication skills to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and potential for growth. Manage relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide strategic talent management advice. Negotiate employment offers and contracts while ensuring compliance with employment & labor law standards. Utilize HRIS platforms such as PeopleSoft or UltiPro for candidate tracking, employee data management, and reporting. Engage in campus recruitment initiatives and lead generation activities to build a diverse talent pipeline for future needs. Maintain a robust understanding of HR sourcing techniques including cold calling, research, and leveraging social media platforms for candidate outreach. Support employee orientation, employee evaluation processes, and succession planning efforts to foster internal talent development. Collaborate with HR teams on employee relations issues and participate in training & development programs to enhance recruitment skills. Qualifications Proven experience in recruiting roles with a focus on technical recruiting, executive recruiting, or campus recruitment preferred. Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication skills to effectively manage relationships at all levels. Familiarity with ATS platforms such as Workday, Taleo, iCIMS, or PeopleSoft; experience with HRIS systems like Kronos or UltiPro is advantageous. Knowledge of employment & labor law to ensure all hiring practices are compliant. Demonstrated ability in sourcing techniques including social media management, cold calling, research, and lead generation strategies. Experience with sales principles applied within recruiting contexts for candidate engagement and relationship management. Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
