Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment activities, from talent sourcing and initial evaluation through interviews, offer discussions, and onboarding coordination.
• Develop and nurture candidate pipelines to support both immediate openings and longer-term workforce needs.
• Identify and engage prospective talent through LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and other direct sourcing strategies.
• Create a positive candidate journey by maintaining consistent communication and providing timely updates throughout the recruitment process.
• Complete reference checks and support pre-employment screening steps to help move candidates efficiently through final stages.
• Keep applicant tracking system records current and accurate while monitoring recruiting activity and performance data.
• Partner with hiring stakeholders to align recruiting efforts with role requirements and business priorities.
• Manage several active requisitions at once while maintaining attention to quality, responsiveness, and detail.
