Position Description The Recruiter II independently manages full-cycle recruiting for a diverse set of roles, partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver timely, high-quality hires. This role brings advanced sourcing expertise, sound hiring judgment, and a consultative approach to talent acquisition. The position operates with increased autonomy and plays a key role in improving recruiting outcomes and candidate experience. Key Responsibilities Independently manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles, from intake through offer acceptance. Partner with hiring managers to define hiring strategies, role requirements, and candidate profiles. Execute proactive sourcing strategies using job boards, social platforms, referrals, and direct outreach. Conduct in-depth candidate screenings and interviews to assess skills, experience, and fit. Manage interview processes, provide guidance to interviewers, and ensure timely feedback and decisions. Ensure recruiting activities comply with employment laws, internal policies, and EEO requirements. Maintain accurate and up-to-date requisition and candidate data in applicant tracking systems. Analyze recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill and candidate flow to identify improvement opportunities. Required Education & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting with increasing responsibility and independence. Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and influence hiring decisions. Strong sourcing skills across multiple channels and role types. Proven experience conducting structured interviews and candidate assessments. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruiting analytics. Working knowledge of employment laws and compliance considerations related to hiring. Ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities effectively.
