What You'll Do Grow our Light Industrial, Office Services, and Skilled Trades divisions through recruiting and business development. Build relationships with new and existing clients through recruiting, sales, outreach, and account management . Recruit and place qualified candidates based on client needs. Build and maintain a strong network of skilled associates to quickly meet staffing needs. Use sound judgment when following company procedures related to recruiting, hiring, and assignments. Maintain accurate records and documentation with strong attention to detail. Make outbound calls and proactively pursue new business and recruiting opportunities. What You Bring Strong verbal and written communication skills. Confidence making outbound calls and developing relationships. Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Outlook, and other computer applications . Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. A driven, collaborative, adaptable, and results-oriented approach. Recruiting experience is a plus. Sales and/or customer service experience preferred. Supervisory experience is an advantage. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. A passion for helping people and connecting them with opportunities. A positive attitude and willingness to take initiative. Compensation This position offers a competitive base salary plus performance-based commission/bonus opportunities .
