Select applicants to be interviewed based on job history (length of) background of individual and any experience they may have. Arrange interviews. Perform reference checks. Conduct criminal background checks, as appropriate. Interview applicants. Make employment offers to qualified candidates. Respond to applicants calls regarding application status in a timely manner. Organize recruitment events to drive Manage internal offers and movement within the all locations and partner companies. Manage direct communication with third party temp agencies. Complete special projects as assigned by the direct manager. Fill in for front desk coverage as needed. Assist with conducting weekly new employee orientation. Maintain accurate application and tracking through the applicant tracking system. Stay current with state and federal employment laws and regulations related to hiring. Perform all assigned tasks in a safe, efficient, timely, and accurate and highly productive manner according to company policy.
