Human Resources Recruiter (Temporary Position) St. Camillus - 3.2 Wauwatosa, WI Job Details Temporary | Full-time 22 hours ago Qualifications Productivity software Full Job Description Temporary Human Resources Recruiter Full-time Monday-Friday Temporary through November 2026 St. Camillus - Wauwatosa, WI St. Camillus is seeking a Human Resources Recruiter to support recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR operations in a healthcare environment. This role partners with leadership to attract and retain top talent while ensuring compliance with all employment laws and organizational policies.
Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment:
sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring Partner with managers on hiring decisions, offers, and compensation recommendations Maintain candidate communication and manage ATS records, Dayforce Conduct background checks and ensure compliance with WI Caregiver Background Check law Coordinate onboarding, including screenings, orientation, and training Lead new hire orientation sessions Support employee relations, performance management, and policy guidance Assist with compensation analysis, salary administration, and job descriptions Participate in investigations, reporting, and HR policy development Ensure compliance with state and federal laws and maintain confidentiality Qualifications Bachelor's degree in HR or related field (or equivalent experience) 1+ year HR or recruiting experience (healthcare preferred) Knowledge of employment laws and HR practices, a bonus! Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Dayforce/Ceridian experience a bonus! Ability to prioritize, work independently, and build positive relationships Why St. Camillus?
