We're seeking an outgoing, energetic, and results-driven Field Recruiter to help us find great canvassers for our door-knocking campaign. You'll meet potential candidates at college campuses, shopping plazas, community events, sports venues, and other busy locations—connecting with people and helping them picture themselves on our team. This is an active, people-focused role for someone who is approachable, talkative, persuasive, and confident starting conversations. You'll identify candidates with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, reliability, and enthusiasm for engaging with people from all backgrounds. Your conversations will help build the team that brings our campaign into the community. If you enjoy being out in the field, making connections, and working toward a goal, we want to hear from you. Field recruiter daily responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Recruit and screen prospective canvassers through engaging, face-to-face conversations. Approach potential candidates at college campuses, shopping plazas, community events, sports venues, and other high-traffic locations. Explain the canvasser role clearly, answer questions, and encourage interested candidates to apply. Conduct brief field interviews to assess communication skills, attitude, availability, and reliability. Submit hourly updates on recruitment activity and individuals recruited. Manage applicant communication, follow-ups, and interview scheduling. Maintain accurate recruitment tracking and hiring records. Work closely with field management to meet weekly hiring goals and staffing targets.

Requirements:
18 years of age or older Authorized to work in the United States Strong communication and interpersonal skills Outgoing, approachable, and comfortable starting conversations with new people Ability to communicate opportunities enthusiastically while listening to candidates' questions and interests Reliable, organized, and able to follow through on applicant communication Comfortable working in a fast-paced campaign environment and toward recruitment goals Understanding of and passion for civic engagement and community outreach Experience in recruiting, staffing, organizing, sales, or team leadership/management preferred
