Responsibilities:

Post job openings on Indeed and other job boards Reach out to candidates via phone, email, and social media Source, screen, and engage qualified candidates Make 50-100+ calls per day to connect with candidates and schedule interviews Manage candidate communications and interview scheduling Promote job openings on social media channels to attract top talent Maintain accurate candidate records in our applicant tracking system

Qualifications:

Previous recruiting or HR experience preferred Comfortable using social media for candidate sourcing Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Compensation:

Base salary + commission - unlimited earning potential based on performance Competitive benefits package
