We're searching for a Recruitment & Retention Assistant Manager to work hand-in-hand with the HR Director to help facilitate our recruitment and engagement efforts. You'll be responsible for assisting with recruiting, hiring, and managing of our caregiving workforce. What's required? Proven ability providing creative recruiting solutions, the ability to supervise multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment, and a proven track record of success in people management. This position will be responsible for helping oversee all of the functions performed by the Human Resources department. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring and training employees, planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance, coaching employee's performance; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Must demonstrate effective interpersonal skills as well as sound judgment and good decision making skills Must demonstrate discretion, integrity and fair-mindedness consistent with office standards, practices, policies and procedures. Normal Business hours are 8 am - 5 pm, Monday through Friday Must be able to work evenings as needed and weekends on a rotating basis. This position does required on-call hours on a rotating schedule.
Requirements:
College degree or equivalent work experience Two years of related business experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience may be considered Must possess a valid driver's license Must be able to complete criminal background check and drug screening required Leadership Experience Required Elevating in-home care for older adults in North Alabama.
