Oversee recruiting metrics and reporting to track hiring activity and evaluate process effectiveness

Implement and refine sourcing strategies to enhance candidate pipelines and manage requisitions efficiently

Guide team meetings, drive adoption of new initiatives and support individual career development plans

Ensure compliance with federal,stateand local hiring regulations,maintainingaccuraterecords and audit processes

Evaluate recruiting data, analyze outreacheffectivenessand communicate actionable insights to business leaders
