Pay Rate:

JWilliams Staffing is looking for an Assistant Recruitment Manager to support our recruiting team while managing your own hiring pipeline. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll partner with the Director of Recruitment to coach recruiters, improve hiring results, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. As an Assistant Recruitment Manager, you'll have the opportunity to: Develop your leadership skills Make a direct impact on recruiting strategy and team performance Mentor and grow recruiting professionals Partner with executive leadership on key hiring initiatives Help shape the future of our recruitment programs What You'll Do Provide day-to-day guidance, support, and mentorship to recruiters Serve as the first point of escalation for recruiting questions, candidate concerns, and workflow priorities. Manage your own requisition workload from sourcing through onboarding Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for temporary and corporate positions Build talent pipelines across multiple business divisions Recruit, interview, and onboard candidates for temporary and corporate positions Help monitor recruiting performance, pipeline activity, and hiring metrics Ensure compliance and accuracy within our ATS and recruiting processes Assist with recruiter training, job fairs, and hiring events Partner with leadership to drive recruitment success across multiple regions Support recruiting process improvements and SOP adherence
Qualifications:
2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in staffing Bilingual English/Spanish required Strong communication and organizational skills ATS experience required Experience with
VNDLY, SAP
