Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and bilingual Onsite Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our facility, ensuring smooth coordination between staff, clients, and management. Duties Supervise onsite staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to ensure operational efficiency. Coordinate recruitment efforts including talent sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding for onsite personnel. Manage employee relations by addressing concerns promptly and fostering a positive work environment. Utilize talent management software and HR systems such as UltiPro, Taleo, Kronos, and Kenexa BrassRing to track employee data and recruitment processes. Conduct high-volume recruitment campaigns through external sourcing channels and social media marketing to attract qualified candidates. Oversee employee orientation programs and ongoing training & development initiatives. Ensure compliance with employment law in talent management practices and HR legal standards. Maintain strong relationship management with clients, vendors, and internal teams to support operational goals. Perform employee evaluations and support HR sourcing activities aligned with organizational needs. Engage in negotiation activities related to staffing contracts and vendor agreements. Utilize ATS (Applicant Tracking System) tools like Kenexa BrassRing to streamline recruiting workflows. Qualifications Proven experience in full cycle recruiting, technical recruiting, campus recruitment, and executive recruiting. Strong negotiation skills combined with talent management expertise across diverse industries. Familiarity with HR legal compliance, employment law, and high-volume recruitment strategies. Proficiency in HR systems such as UltiPro, Taleo, Kronos, Paychex, and Talent acquisition software. Excellent communication skills in both English and bilingual capabilities; ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences. Knowledge of social media marketing for recruitment purposes and candidate sourcing techniques. Experience with HR legal compliance standards related to employment law in talent management. Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently within a fast-paced environment.
