Job Duties and Responsibilities:
The TA Pipeline Strategy Manager serves as a key operational anchor and thought partner in enabling the new enterprise talent strategy. Working in close, daily collaboration with the broader Talent Pipeline Strategy team, HR, HR Analytics, and key business leaders, this role transitions the recruitment model from reactive hiring to a proactive, sourcing-led engine. This position acts as an agile player-coach and trusted advisor, combining domain fluency and market intelligence with continuous learning to create a modern, scalable talent engine. What Success Looks Like (Objectives): Develop a comprehensive foundational understanding of the enterprise to align pipeline efforts with company values and business goals Serve as the primary operational connector for external partners, including university career centers, veteran transition organizations, and specialized talent platforms Execute and scale targeted pipeline channels including Early Career/University Relations, Veteran & Military engagement, and Frontline sourcing partnerships to align programs directly with business demand Act as a collaborative liaison between HR, Analytics, and business leaders to provide market evidence, candidate insights, and logic that guide hiring decisions Assess existing pipeline workflows and talent metrics to create KPIs that outline results and business impact Utilize AI-driven search aggregators, ATS platforms (iCIMS/Simpify/HR Link), and market data to automate candidate discovery, streamline screening, and adjust strategies dynamically
Skills, Experience and Requirements:
Core Skills and Competencies (What you'll bring): High capacity for teaming and deep collaboration in a cross-functional environment with partners in HR, Analytics, and business leadership Growth mindset, genuine curiosity, and enthusiasm for continuous personal and professional development to adapt as the function matures Expertise in strategic sourcing and market intelligence to shift talent acquisition from transactional recruiting to proactive outbound hunting, competitor talent mapping, and market landscape analysis Ability to build, segment, and nurture long-term passive candidate networks using modern CRM/ATS platforms Change management and process enablement skills to establish SOPs, document emerging pipeline workflows, and drive smooth adoption An AI-first mindset combined with data appreciation to leverage modern search tools, ATS workflows, and funnel metrics for enhanced screening precision; ability to direct and mentor two team members while fostering a high-performing team culture
Additional Qualifications:
Experience in full-cycle recruitment ownership combined with collaborative talent program execution such as University Relations, Veteran TA, or specialized sourcing frameworks Proven leadership as a player-coach leading high performing teams Track record of thriving in dynamic, early-stage strategy builds that require flexibility and continuous iteration Hands-on proficiency with enterprise ATS tools (iCIMS preferred), CRM/sourcing aggregators, and Early Career attraction tools

Minimum Experience:
Critical experiences in Talent Acquisition, Talent Pipeline programs, or Strategic HR with demonstrated skills and measurable business impact

Hands-on proficiency with: Enterprise ATS tools (iCIMS preferred) CRM and sourcing aggregators AI-driven search tools and market data platforms Visa sponsorship not available for this position

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
