Recruiting Manager Human Resources Greenwood Village, Colorado Contract Sep 10, 2026 SNI has teamed with a valued client on a search for a part-time Recruiter experience. Job 
Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and efficient Contract Recruiter for a 3 month assignment to support our talent acquisition needs. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and assisting in the placement of candidates for a variety of crucial roles within our operations.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a diverse range of positions, including General Managers, sales and customer service roles.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Review applications and resumes to identify suitable candidates.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications:
  • At least 2+ years recruiting experience, preferably with experience recruiting for a variety of roles and levels.
  • Familiarity with different sourcing methodologies and platforms.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with warehouse recruiting or related industries is a plus, but not required.
  • Ability to work on-site in the DTC.
Compensation and Benefits:
The compensation for this position starts in the range of $50/hr, depending on experience.
