Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and efficient Contract Recruiter for a 3 month assignment to support our talent acquisition needs. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and assisting in the placement of candidates for a variety of crucial roles within our operations.

Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a diverse range of positions, including General Managers, sales and customer service roles. Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates. Review applications and resumes to identify suitable candidates. Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS). Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications:

At least 2+ years recruiting experience, preferably with experience recruiting for a variety of roles and levels. Familiarity with different sourcing methodologies and platforms. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience with warehouse recruiting or related industries is a plus, but not required. Ability to work on-site in the DTC.

Compensation and Benefits:

The compensation for this position starts in the range of $50/hr, depending on experience.
