This includes sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring a five-star candidate experience. This candidate shows a sense of urgency for high-volume recruiting hospitality hiring needs. Essential Functions Job duties include, although are not limited to: Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and team dynamics. Regularly update hiring managers on the status of open positions and candidates. Review resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet job qualifications. Conduct phone screenings to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and fit for the role. Present qualified candidates to hiring managers for further interviews. Schedule and coordinate onsite candidates. Proactively source and identify candidates for open roles using various channels, such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for both current and future hiring needs. Research and utilize innovative sourcing methods. Extend job offers to selected candidates. Coordinate offer letters, background checks, and other pre-employment requirements. Promote the organization's employer brand by showcasing the company culture and values to potential candidates. Assist with weekly open interviews & career fairs in the Fall. Assist with People and Culture events and orientation Internal Relationships Reports to Director of People. External Relationships Has regular contact with hiring managers and candidates. Qualifications and Education/Experience Requirements Bachelor's degree in hospitality or human resources At least 3 years of prior experience in recruiting Prior hospitality experience preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced and high volume environment High sense of urgency and ability to manage high-volume hiring needs effectively. Physical Requirements Lifting 50 lbs. maximum with frequent lifting and carrying of objects weighing up to 25 lbs. It requires walking or standing to a significant degree, as well as reaching, handling, feeling, talking, hearing, and seeing. This position is full-time onsite in Boca Raton, Florida.
