RESPONSIBILITIES
Help implement operational strategies and standardization across QTS. Support college recruiting, internships and TA Technologies. Partner with support teams to ensure legal compliance. Manage recruitment related technologies and reporting. Partner with technology teams in identifying system challenges/fixes and testing.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience. Five or more years of relevant work experience. Minimum one year of corporate recruiting experience. Strong Project Management and prioritization skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience supporting remote customers. One or more year of Workday Recruiting Module experience.
