What You'll Do Lead Strategic Recruiting Initiatives Own full-cycle recruitment for professional, technical, leadership, and critical positions Develop creative and proactive sourcing strategies to identify both active and passive candidates Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs Partner with hiring leaders to understand workforce needs and recommend effective recruiting strategies Serve as a Trusted Talent Advisor Consult with hiring managers on market trends, candidate availability, compensation expectations, and hiring best practices Influence recruitment decisions through data, insights, and industry knowledge Drive stronger hiring manager engagement and accountability throughout the hiring process Build and Improve Recruiting Processes Identify opportunities to enhance recruiting workflows, efficiency, and candidate experience Establish scalable recruiting strategies and best practices that support organizational growth Analyze recruiting metrics and market data to improve hiring outcomes and decision-making Develop and Coach Others Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to recruiting team members Promote consistent recruiting practices and elevate overall recruiting effectiveness Foster collaboration across recruiting, HR, and business leadership teams 5+ years of progressive talent acquisition or recruiting experience Proven success managing full-cycle recruitment for professional, technical, leadership, or specialized roles Strong experience sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other networking channels Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and business leaders Ability to manage multiple searches and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
