Summary The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for developing and executing strategic recruiting efforts to attract top talent for Simplot. This role partners closely with hiring leaders and HR teams to understand business needs, develop effective talent acquisition strategies, and deliver an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience throughout the hiring process. This role focuses on full-cycle recruitment for mid-level through senior-level salaried positions across a broad range of professional disciplines. Typical searches may include Finance & Accounting, Procurement, Information Technology, Sales, Commercial, Supply Chain, Engineering, Human Resources, Operations Support, Manufacturing Leadership, and other professional and leadership functions. The Talent Acquisition Partner serves as a trusted advisor to business leaders, leveraging market insights, sourcing strategies, talent mapping, and recruiting best practices to identify, attract, and secure high-quality talent. Based at Simplot Headquarters in downtown Boise, Idaho, this is a fully in-office role requiring on-site presence five days per week . The individual will work closely with business leaders, HR partners, and Talent Acquisition team members through regular face-to-face collaboration.
