Serve as the primary operational support resource for Talent Acquisition systems, processes, and initiatives Manage Talent Acquisition vendors, contracts, invoices, purchase requisitions (PRs), and purchase orders (POs) Administer and govern SuccessFactors Recruiting modules (RCM/RMK), including system audits, user access, compliance activities, and process improvements Serve as the primary contact for Talent Acquisition-related system issues and enhancement requests, partnering with HRIS, IT, and other stakeholders to drive resolution Coordinate Talent Acquisition reporting, dashboards, analytics, and data insights to support business decisions and operational effectiveness Develop PowerPoint presentations and reporting materials for Talent Acquisition leadership Support internal and external audits, including SOX, KPMG, and other compliance requirements Administer Talent Acquisition communications, SharePoint sites, shared mailboxes, and operational resources Lead and support Talent Acquisition projects and continuous improvement initiatives, including system integrations, recruiting process enhancements, and other strategic priorities Build strong partnerships across internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless operational support Perform other duties, responsibilities, and special projects as assignedWhat You'll Bring:
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Analytics, Operations, or related field Minimum of 5 years of Talent Acquisition Operations, Recruiting Operations, HR Operations, or related experience Experience supporting recruiting technologies, applicant tracking systems, or HR systems Demonstrated experience analyzing data, generating reports, and providing meaningful business insights Strong PowerPoint and Microsoft Office skills Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and compliance Preferred Qualifications Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting (RCM/RMK) Experience supporting vendor management and procurement processes Experience with audits, compliance programs, and governance activities Experience with reporting and visualization tools such asPower BI What You'll Get:
