for this position. Job Description Develops and implements, programs, campaigns, systems, and tools to source/attract employment candidates/prospects to meet the organization's talent objectives. Develops and implements creative recruiting and talent outreach solutions. Manages a team, and related operations, of professionals who are responsible souring and attracting candidates for employment. Develops high-performing teams using PNC's leadership standards and manages key performance metrics, policies and procedures. Serves as relationship manager for talent acquisition's external partnerships and related contracts designed attract and source candidates/prospects. Includes, but not limited to: Staffing agencies, marketing agencies, community partners, labor market tools, related technologies. Leads the consultation with business partners and team members on creative recruiting solutions using labor market data anchored in PNC's Employee Value Proposition. Partners and consults with business and HR management to ensure the timely understanding of current and future workforce needs. Leverages workforce analytics to drive decisions. Identifies continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives to improve talent attraction, coaches others on the selection and usage of talent acquisition tools and data. Participates in cross functional project teams as assigned.
