Position Summary In this role, you will lead full cycle strategic recruiting across all Rosecrance Affiliates, which enables the organization to meet its client experience, quality, and operational goals across clinical and non-clinical areas. The Talent Acquisition Manager leads a team that develops sourcing strategies and recruiting plans, presents pre-qualified top candidates to hiring managers, develops/negotiates offers with candidates and creates the onboarding experience for all new hires. This position is responsible for legal and regulatory compliance of recruiting policies and practices. This role partners closely with senior leadership to align recruitment strategies with organizational goals, lead a team of recruiters, enhance employer branding, and ensure a positive and compliant hiring experience. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a demonstrated ability to lead full
- cycle recruitment strategies. At least 3 years of leadership or supervisory experience, preferably within a healthcare or behavioral health setting. Healthcare industry experience ( 2+ years) strongly preferred. PHR or SHRM
- CP certification preferred. Proven experience leading and developing recruitment teams to achieve hiring goals and support organizational growth. In
- depth knowledge of recruitment systems, employment law, and talent acquisition best practices.

- $102,850 Schedule Monday
