Summit Staffing is looking for a driven and people-focused Onsite Manager to lead workforce operations at one of our client locations. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong client relationships, and knows how to keep a workforce engaged, productive, and successful. What You'll Do Serve as the main point of contact for client leadership. Manage a workforce of 100-400+ employees. Oversee attendance, scheduling, employee relations, and daily operations. Partner with recruiting teams to fill positions quickly and efficiently. Conduct orientations, safety meetings, and employee coaching. Monitor workforce performance, retention, and productivity. Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and client expectations. Deliver exceptional customer service to both employees and clients. What We're Looking For Bilingual English/Spanish required. Staffing, recruiting, or onsite management experience. Experience managing large employee populations. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and thrive in a high-volume environment.
