In-office - Noblesville, IN TalentLogistiX is seeking a highly organized, relationship-driven Senior Recruiter / Account Manager to recruit and manage project-based workforces for national accounts. This position supports customers deploying s killed trades professionals, data center technicians, construction personnel, demolition crews, and specialized field workers to large-scale projects throughout the United States. This hands-on role combines full-cycle recruiting, account management, workforce deployment, and employee support. The ideal candidate understands project-based staffing, communicates with urgency, and can effectively manage multiple customers, job sites, and deployed employees. Key ResponsibilitiesRecruiting and Workforce Deployment Manage full-cycle recruiting for skilled trades, data center, construction, demolition, and field-service roles Source candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, trade networks, and other recruiting platforms Screen candidates based on experience, certifications, project history, travel availability, compensation expectations, and job fit Present qualified candidates professionally for customer consideration Coordinate interviews, offers, screenings, onboarding requirements, and project starts Build active pipelines for current openings and upcoming project needs Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring and deployment process Account and Project Management Serve as a primary point of contact for one or more assigned customer accounts Build strong relationships with customer representatives, project leaders, field employees, and internal team members Maintain a clear understanding of each project's staffing needs, schedule, job requirements, and expected duration Provide regular updates on recruiting activity, candidate pipelines, workforce deployment, and open positions Respond quickly to new orders, project changes, staffing gaps, employee concerns, and customer requests Help grow assigned accounts by consistently delivering qualified workers and dependable workforce support Employee and Travel Coordination Support employees deployed to projects throughout the country Monitor attendance, performance, engagement, and assignment status through regular check-ins Communicate travel details, jobsite instructions, reporting information, and assignment expectations Coordinate flights, hotels, rental vehicles, and other travel arrangements when needed Track project extensions, transfers, assignment completions, and redeployment opportunities Address employee concerns and coordinate resolutions with customers and internal leadership Reporting and Administrative Support Maintain accurate records for candidates, submissions, interviews, offers, starts, assignments, and travel Keep applicant-tracking systems and internal project reports current Assist employees with timekeeping and expense-reporting questions Track recruiting and account metrics, including time-to-fill, starts, attendance, turnover, and retention Prepare routine workforce updates for customers and internal leadership Qualifications Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, account management, or workforce coordination Skilled trades, construction, data center, demolition, industrial, or field-service recruiting experience preferred Ability to manage multiple accounts, projects, deadlines, and employee groups Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills High level of urgency, accuracy, ownership, and follow-through Proficiency with applicant-tracking systems, recruiting platforms, spreadsheets, and Microsoft Office Ability to adjust quickly as customer priorities and project requirements change If you are passionate about connecting talented professionals with meaningful opportunities while advancing your career in human resources and recruiting excellence, we encourage you to apply today.
