About the Role We are seeking an experienced Recruiting Leader to lead and mentor a team of recruiters. The role requires operational leadership, effective resource allocation, internal talent acquisition strategy development, and a strong focus on driving recruitment excellence and innovation. Key Responsibilities Implement strategic recruiting plans to meet organizational hiring needs and goals. Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring compliance with legal and company policies. Analyze recruitment metrics and data to identify trends, make data-driven decisions, and continuously improve the recruitment process. Lead and mentor the recruiting team, providing coaching and training to enhance their skills and performance. Building and maintaining relationships with client stakeholders for aligned account(s) by providing regular updates on hiring activity, market trends, and data-driven recommendations on recruitment strategy. Collaborating with hiring managers and other client stakeholders to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies, with support from program leadership as needed. Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experience 5+ years of experience in the recruiting / Talent Acquisition field Strong expertise in recruitment life cycle processes, resource allocation, and workforce planning Demonstrated experience in managing client stakeholders and delivering outcomes that meet, and exceed, service level expectations Experience collaborating closely with peers and leadership to execute recruitment strategies that successfully meet client needs, including problem-solving and expectation-setting with external customers 1+ year in a role where you managed a team, including performance management, skill development & coaching, and assignment of responsibilities. The annual base pay for this position is listed below. Final compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.

Base compensation range:

$61,575 - $82,100 Total compensation package and benefits applicable to the position - understanding that each person has unique professional and personal needs focused on your total well-being.
