This is a newly created role responsible for hiring across Project Management, Construction, Leasing, Maintenance, and other field-based positions. The ideal candidate will be comfortable actively sourcing for immediate openings while also building a strong passive candidate pipeline . This person will be part of the leadership team and will own recruiting strategy, track hiring metrics, and partner with leadership to improve the overall hiring process.
Top Requirements:
10+ years of staffing or in-house recruiting experience Property management, construction, or field recruiting experience preferred Strong sourcing and passive recruiting skills Experience owning a full talent acquisition function JazzHR experience is a plus #RJADM45
Pay:
$100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
