Job Description

Job Summary A growing property management company is looking for a Recruiting Lead to take ownership of its recruiting function. This is a newly created leadership role for someone who can manage immediate hiring needs while also building a strong pipeline of candidates for future openings. You will recruit for a variety of positions across the organization, including Project Managers, Superintendents, Leasing, Maintenance Technicians, and other field-based roles. The company hires approximately 7-10 field employees each year and needs someone who can actively source candidates while also developing a passive talent pipeline. This person will be part of the leadership team and will be responsible for owning the overall talent acquisition function, tracking recruiting goals, and communicating hiring progress and challenges to leadership. Responsibilities Own full-cycle recruiting for a variety of corporate and field positions Source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidates through the hiring process Recruit for construction, property management, leasing, maintenance, and other field roles Build and maintain a strong pipeline of passive candidates Develop proactive recruiting strategies for future hiring needs Track recruiting activity, goals, and results Partner with leadership and provide updates on recruiting progress and challenges Help improve and streamline the company's overall hiring process Skills 10+ years of staffing or in-house recruiting experience Experience recruiting for property management, construction, or other field-based roles is required Strong sourcing and candidate development skills Experience managing the full recruiting process Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of the recruiting function Strong communication and relationship-building skills JazzHR experience is a plus Join us as a Recruiting Lead to make a significant impact by attracting the best talent while fostering a dynamic and inclusive workplace environment! #RJADM45
Pay:
$120,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
