Job Description

We are very excited to announce the need for a Level III Talent Acquisition Manager for GP20. The person to fill this vital role will be the face for the business as it relates to Career Opportunities & Employment! This is a fantastic opportunity for a self-driven and motivated marketer! The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for sourcing quality candidates as well as the hiring and recruiting process, providing guidance to management regarding effective interviewing and hiring practices. This position participates in the development of internal and external hiring strategies for all Enterprise Mobility brands based on an assessment of the business. This role will require diligent focus, keen time management, and exceptional ability to handle high volumes of applicants and processing. This person will be a vital addition to the HR department and the business! We are looking for a current Area Rental Manager or equivalent in Group 20. The candidate must be located or relocate to the Farmington Hills area, as the position will be based out of 2099. This position requires a person with strong sales orientation and responsibilities would include but are not limited to: Recruitment and Selection Facilitate the hiring and recruiting process for the Group/Region. Source talent online using multiple techniques; sell prospects on opportunities with Enterprise Holdings' brands. Develop the campus recruitment strategy; build relationships on college campuses, represent EH at career fairs and on campus events, etc. for the purpose of sourcing candidates. Partner with Group/Region leadership to develop, market and manage an Employee Referral Program. Screen, assess and interview applicants and/or manage the interview process for both internal and external candidates. Develop applicant sourcing plans; monitor and make adjustments to plans as needed. Participate in the development and implementation of onboarding plans. Train and educate managers on proper actions and effective decision making throughout the hiring process. Ensure that all necessary pre-employment background check requirements are satisfied. Act as a consultant to management; evaluate staffing model, make recommendations and deliver solutions to resolve staffing issues. Retention Monitors employee turnover and retention using exit interviews to identify trends and recommends solutions to Management. Works with HR Generalist to develop and execute a retention strategy. Legal Compliance Responsible for Referral Source compliance with Federal and State employment laws. Trains referral sources on Enterprise Holdings EEO policy and monitors for compliance. Develops and facilitates EEO Training annually at group/region for all hiring managers. Responsible for

tracking and reporting. Partnering with all levels of management to achieve results and specifically the HR Generalist on all compliance issues and AAP goals. Diversity Demonstrates knowledge of company philosophy and policies and educates others on the value of diversity. Promotes harassment free environment and helps management identify areas of concern. Carries out programs to include minority recruitment. Financial Management Educates management on cost per hire and cost of turnover and its affect on the bottom line. Responsible for working with management to evaluate and develop a staffing strategy and help manage personnel costs Other Developing & conducting legal and behavioral interview training for Managers Must be a current Area Rental Manager or equivalent in GP20 Must have a "meets requirements" or above on most recent review (if applicable) Cannot be on any disciplinary action in the past 12 months, including driving probation Qualified Candidates must also possess the following skills/abilities: Proven leadership skills that have produced results. Proven sales ability, initiative, and competitive drive. Strong oral and written communication skills/solid presentation skills.
