Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual Recruiting Manager to lead our talent acquisition efforts across diverse markets. In this pivotal role, you will drive full-cycle recruiting initiatives, manage high-volume hiring campaigns, and develop strategic sourcing plans to attract top talent. Your expertise in talent management, employment law compliance, and relationship building will ensure a seamless candidate experience while aligning recruitment strategies with organizational goals. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence workforce growth in a fast-paced environment, utilizing innovative sourcing techniques and HR systems to meet ambitious hiring targets. Responsibilities Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding for bilingual roles across multiple departments. Develop and execute targeted talent acquisition strategies utilizing social media marketing, ATS (Applicant Tracking System) platforms like Kenexa BrassRing and UltiPro, and HR systems to attract qualified candidates. Manage high-volume recruitment campaigns by coordinating campus recruitment events, external recruiting efforts, and internal talent mobility programs. Build strong relationships with hiring managers and department leaders to understand staffing needs and advise on best recruiting practices. Conduct negotiations with candidates regarding offers, ensuring compliance with employment & labor law while maintaining a positive candidate experience. Utilize research and cold calling techniques to identify passive candidates and expand talent pipelines for technical recruiting positions. Ensure all recruiting activities adhere to HR legal compliance standards, employment law regulations, and company policies related to employee relations and orientation. Requirements Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, including executive recruiting, campus recruitment, high-volume hiring, and technical sourcing. Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication skills for engaging candidates and stakeholders effectively. Familiarity with talent management software such as Kenexa BrassRing, UltiPro, or similar HR systems; experience with ATS platforms is essential. Deep understanding of employment law in talent management, HR legal compliance, and HR systems to ensure lawful recruiting practices. Demonstrated ability in relationship management, social media marketing (recruitment), research techniques, and cold calling for candidate sourcing. Knowledge of HR legal compliance related to employment & labor law, employee orientation, evaluation processes, employee relations, training & development, and succession planning. Bilingual proficiency in [specify languages], enabling effective communication with diverse candidate pools across regions.
