 Collaborates with managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.  Actively sources passive candidates using LinkedIn, Indeed, and other platforms to build a robust talent pipeline.  Screens resumes, conducts initial interviews, and manages the scheduling and coordination of the interview process between candidates and hiring teams.  Assists in the negotiation of offers and ensures a smooth transition to the HR & Training Manager for onboarding.  Maintains accurate and up to date candidate records in the ADP system to ensure compliance and clean data.  Represents the Company values to the community, advancing the brand's reputation as an employer of choice.  Participates in broader HR efforts to promote a positive workplace culture and assists with engagement activities as needed.  Tracks and reports on key recruiting metrics, such as time to fill and offer acceptance rates.  Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations throughout the hiring process (e.g., EEO, FCRA for background checks)SkillsTalent AcquisitionManagingMaintaining CalendarsPlanningQualificationsYears of experience: 5 yearsExperience level: ExperiencedRandstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
