The Director of Talent Acquisition & Workforce Development provides strategic leadership for recruitment, workforce planning, employee engagement, and retention across multiple skilled nursing facilities. This role develops and implements innovative hiring strategies, builds talent pipelines, and partners with facility leaders to ensure staffing stability and organizational success.Key Responsibilities:
Lead recruitment and workforce development initiatives across all departments. Develop talent pipelines through partnerships with schools, training programs, and community organizations. Analyze workforce metrics, hiring trends, turnover, and retention data to drive staffing strategies. Oversee employee engagement, recognition, and retention programs. Support leadership with performance management, coaching, and workforce development training. Monitor labor market trends and provide recommendations on competitive compensation strategies. Ensure compliance with pre-employment screening, licensing, credentialing, and regulatory workforce requirements. Promote workforce practices that support regulatory compliance, survey readiness, and high-quality resident care. Collaborate with corporate and facility leadership to strengthen workforce planning, leadership accountability, and organizational culture. Supervise the corporate workforce team and support ongoing HR and recruitment operations.Excellent Benefits:
